Privacy Policy — SwAssist

This Privacy Policy describes how W3Wide ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use SwAssist ("App").

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Email collected via Google or GitHub sign-in. Username stored in Firebase when user updates it.
• Crash Reports: Technical crash logs collected via Firebase Crashlytics.
• Analytics Data: Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics for usage insights.
• Advertising Data: AdMob may be integrated in future releases. We do not collect phone contacts or precise location data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to authenticate users for downloads, enable project backups to the user's drive, improve app stability via crash reports, analyze usage patterns, and to provide personalized content or ads in future updates.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on Firebase. We implement industry-standard security measures. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest where supported by the provider.

4. Deletion Rights — Scope

You can request deletion of your private data, including:

• Email address
• Stored username
• Private code snippets, blocks, components saved in your private area
• Account metadata linked to your identity

Public data such as public projects, public blocks/components, and in-app comments will not be deleted.

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services which may collect data under their own policies:

• Firebase Authentication (Google, GitHub)
• Firebase Realtime Database / Firestore
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics
• AdMob (not currently active)

6. User Rights

You may request access to or deletion of personal data. You may opt out of analytics or crash reporting where technically possible. Send requests to w3wide.com@gmail.com.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If discovered, such data will be deleted.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. Changes will be posted in the App and the effective date will be revised.
