Terms of Use — SwAssist

These Terms govern your use of the SwAssist mobile application operated by W3Wide. By using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
- You may use the App to manage Sketchware Pro projects and access downloadable projects, blocks, and components.
- Batch downloading of projects, components, or blocks is prohibited.
- Reverse engineering, decompilation, or tampering with the App is prohibited.
2. User Accounts
Certain features require sign-in via Google or GitHub. You are responsible for maintaining your account security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. User Content
Users may create blocks, components, or events via external tools and make them available through the App. Users are solely responsible for the content they create or share. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
4. Data Deletion — Scope & Limitations
You may request deletion of your private data (email, username, private snippets, private blocks/components). Requests can be made via the Account Deletion page.
Public data — such as public projects, public blocks/components, and in-app comments — will not be deleted. Requests for removal of public content will be reviewed but are not guaranteed.
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All codes, components, and blocks created or downloaded through the App are the intellectual property of W3Wide. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use downloaded content for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use without written permission from W3Wide is prohibited.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not circumvent security features, use the App for illegal activities, or distribute malware. Violations may result in account suspension and legal action.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, W3Wide will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss or service interruptions.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms cease.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
